By purchasing or downloading any product from this shop, you agree to the following terms. These terms are in place to protect original creative work, ensure fair use, and maintain the integrity of the licensing system that supports this shop.

Every design offered here is thoughtfully created to bring value to your personal or business projects. I put time and care into making sure what you download is unique, high-quality, and ready to use — not generic or mass-produced content.

If you’re ever unsure about how a file can be used, please don’t hesitate to reach out before you purchase. I’m happy to clarify anything to make sure you get the right license for your needs.

🔐 File Use & Ownership

All files sold on Printable Pretty are licensed to the original purchaser only. You may use them for personal or small business projects under the license provided at checkout.

Files are for personal or business use only by the original purchaser.
No file sharing, forwarding, or “dump group” uploads.
If a fabric or print shop is using this file for you, they must purchase their own license — no piggybacking.

Each file comes with 3 downloads. File access is tracked. Any detected sharing will result in immediate revocation and potential legal action. No warnings. Yes we will know.

🚫 Prohibited Uses (Without Proper Licensing)

No use on Print-on-Demand sites (Zazzle, Redbubble, Amazon, Society6, etc.) without a POD or Unlimited Commercial License.
Spoonflower use is banned under all licenses. No exceptions — I sell there myself.
No outsourcing to overseas manufacturers without an Extended Use License.
Files shared online must be watermarked and credited. No naked previews.
You may not edit files — no backgrounds, no overlays, no modifying the artwork.
You may not repurpose PNGs into new digital products, freebies, bundles, or sticker kits.
No tracing, copying, or remixing any part of the artwork for resale — digital or physical.

💵 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Make sure you understand what you’re buying before checkout. If you’re unsure, contact me first.

🔨 Enforcement

Violating these terms comes with real consequences:

❌ Banned from all future purchases
❌ Loss of access to existing files
❌ Possible legal action — yes, copyright infringement is a crime

These terms are enforced without apology or leniency. Creators deserve protection, period.

To support a range of users — from hobby crafters to established sellers — I offer multiple license levels:

✅ Small-Shop Business License (Free, included)

Covers handmade sellers producing under 100 physical products. No POD, no Spoonflower.

✅ Limited Commercial License – $8

Covers up to 250 handmade product sales. No POD, no Spoonflower.

✅ Commercial Plus License – $15

Covers up to 500 handmade product sales. Still no POD, no Spoonflower.

✅ POD License – $25

Covers up to 1,000 POD product sales. Spoonflower still prohibited.

✅ Unlimited Commercial License – $50

Covers unlimited handmade + POD sales. Great for established shops or clients. Spoonflower still not allowed.

🏢 Extended Use License – $150+

For high-volume manufacturing or complex licensing needs.
